A few lines about the problem is enough. An engineer replies within one business day with a technical opinion — whether or not it turns into work for us. No discovery-call gate, no automated sequence, no drip campaign.
Email [email protected] or call +91 817 979 7732 — the same number works on WhatsApp. Use the form below if you'd rather structure it. Every route reaches the same inbox, read by an engineer, answered within one business day in your time zone.
Send an enquiry
Fields marked required are the ones we genuinely need to reply usefully. Everything else helps us give you a range in the first response rather than the third.
What actually happens after you press send
Published so you can hold us to it — and so you know there's no automated sequence waiting on the other side.
An engineer reads it — within one business day
Not a sales development rep, not a chatbot. Someone who could build the thing reads what you wrote and replies with a technical view: whether it's feasible, what we'd be worried about, and an indicative range if you gave us enough to give one.
If it's not for us, we say so in that first reply
Too small, wrong domain, needs a certification we don't hold, or better served by a product you could license. We'd rather tell you in one message than run you through a qualification process to reach the same answer in week three.
A 30-minute call, only if it's useful
For anything complex, a short call with the engineer who'd lead the work — not a salesperson with a slide deck. You'll be asked technical questions, because that's what makes the estimate real.
NDA, then a proposal or a discovery quote
For a defined requirement: a proposal with scope, price, timeline and a risk list. For anything still being figured out: a quote for a paid discovery phase whose output — specification, architecture, costed plan — is yours to take anywhere.
Before you write to us
How quickly will you reply?
Within one business day, from an engineer rather than a sales queue. If your enquiry arrives on a Friday evening in your time zone, expect a reply on Monday. There's no automated sequence and no drip campaign — one person reads it and answers it.
Do I have to book a discovery call to get a price?
No. Send enough detail in writing and you'll get an indicative range in the reply. A call helps for anything complex, but we don't use one as a gate to find out your budget before saying anything useful.
What should I include in the first message?
What breaks today or what needs to exist, who it affects, roughly when you need it, and any fixed budget. A URL if there's an existing system. That's enough for a useful reply — you don't need a specification, and if you have one we'll read it.
Will you sign an NDA before we discuss details?
Yes, and we sign yours rather than insisting on ours. Ask in your first message and we'll return it signed, usually the same day, before you send anything sensitive.
What happens to my details?
They go to our internal enquiry inbox and nowhere else. We don't sell, share or rent contact data, and we don't add enquirers to a marketing list. If you ask us to delete your details we do it and confirm in writing. Full privacy policy.
Do you take projects outside your listed services?
Sometimes, and we'll tell you honestly when something is outside what we do well. We publish the work we decline — very small projects, medical device software, payment infrastructure holding card data, and anything requiring a certification we don't hold.
